Returns
If you initiate your return on an eligible item within 14 days of delivery, upon receipt of the returned product, we will process your refund equal 100% of the purchase price minus any shipping charges within 2 business days. Please note depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take up to 7 business days for funds to appear on your account.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging.
Please be informed that you have to pay the return shipping fee.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.Â
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Â
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Â
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.Â

Refunds for Returned Packages (if applicable)
Once your package has been returned to us due to delivery attempt failed, undeliverable, no response from the receiver, unable to pick up the item from the post office, refused the package and the like, we will process the refund minus the shipping cost.
Refund for shipping cost will only be included if we have provided a wrong address or wrong package.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Cancel order
You can cancel your order 100% for only within 24 hours from purchasing for full refund.
Refunds for Packages of more than 90 days upon shipment
We are unable to refund packages for orders of more than 90 days upon shipment as there will be no more information available on tracking sites for us to verify.
The customer will be required to message us within 30 days upon ordering, to check for updates such as not received packages, lost in transit, marked delivered but not received, damaged pins, and the like.
